I'm traveling backpacker looking for a model social and environmentally friendly alternative to the current dominant model.

I left Italy 4 years ago in 2014 I started working as a volunteer in Poland (wwoofing), an organic farm, and I kept doing it in Germany (volunteersbase.com) and in Hungary (workaway.info) in a mud and straw houses construction project.
During my experiences I came across a new concept of agriculture: Permaculture.
The result: I get to travel the world by spending the minimum and maximum learning, indeed, around the world with little.
I lived these experiences around Europe occasionally and for short periods, being tied to a rent to pay and then a job in town.
So I decided to set aside a small budget, and from November 2015 I decided to make all my life, at least for a few years, quitting work and home, disconnecting myself from any expense or impediment, and trying to expand on what I'm interested in learning about going to practice it in the field, just helping my "host" with their projects in Exchange for room and Board.
